Please follow below instruction in order to install our remote support tool.
- Download “TeamViewer Quick Support“.
Download for Windows
- Go to File Manager. From right hand side menu click on Downloads folder.
- Move file you saved onto your Downloads by dragging the “TeamViewerQS.exe” onto you desktop.
- Run TeamViewer by double click on the icon on your desktop.
- Select ‘Yes’ from the pop up window.
- Provide your ‘TeamViewer ID’ and ‘Password’ to Devarr technicians every time you need help with the system.
Devarr technicians can temporarily and securely connect to your computer and remotely solve any issues.
